The Huntington Habitat for Humanity dedicated their 78th house Friday on West Sixth street.
Organizers held a brief ceremony filled with scripture and song for a family who says they are truly thankful to be getting a new house.
Alicia Johnson and her family were presented with the keys to their new home and her son cut the ribbon on the door.
She had to perform hundreds of sweat equity hours working with volunteers to get the house finished.
Even though the tool shed was robbed of over $2,500 dollars worth of tools, donations helped got construction back on track and the house completed on schedule.
