A Walmart employee has been arrested on a charge of theft of a controlled substance, according to a news release from the Boyd County Sheriff's Department.
Margaret Campbell, 40, Catlettsburg, KY is accused of stealing approximately 810 oxycodone pills from the Walmart pharmacy on U.S. 60 in Boyd County, according to the news release.
According to the Sheriff's Department, Campbell was observed taking prescription medication and placing pills in her pockets. Campbell was caught with video surveillance on seven occasions, according to the news release.
According to the news release, Campbell was a pharmacy tech for Walmart.
