No one should be upset because no one picked the correct numbers to win the large Powerball jackpot last night. It didn't stop people from walking up to the lottery outlets to buy a chance at a multi-million

Devon Fisher, 12, of Liberty was killed on Saturday after the ATV he was riding went over a hillside.
Sgt. Michael Baylous tells 13NEWS Fisher was going too fast on the ATV and hit a tree.
Parents whose children attend Sissonville Middle School organized a vigil for Fisher.
Fisher attended that school, and played football there.
Fisher's cousin, who was there the night he died, tells 13NEWS that no one should stop riding ATV's because of his cousin's death.
"They should still ride, just be more safe on the 4-wheelers. Don't ride so fast and hardcore. It doesn't make you cool to ride like that. It's just fun, but you've got to do it protectively and safe," said Denny Maris.
Devon's mother, Tammy, stressed to the children there that they should always wear protective gear and helmets.
She added that riders should always watch their speed, and avoid riding at night.
