Our elected leaders can never seem to get taxation right.

The latest issue seems to revolve around making electronic retailers pay a state sales tax.

The politicians claim it's unfair to local business. Maybe that's true.

If so, couldn't we achieve the same affect just by getting rid of the tax for everyone?

Rather than have to make due with less and face the same budget adjustments we've all had to make these last few years, our elected leaders live large and stick us with the bill.
