Flags lowered in WV to honor fallen soldier

CHARLESTON, West Virginia -

West Virginia is paying tribute Wednesday to Sgt. Benjamin Sites.

The Fairmont man was killed while on active duty with the United States Army.

Gov. Earl Tomblin has ordered all United States and West Virginia flags at state facilities be lowered to half staff Wednesday in memory of Sites.

Funeral services were set for Wednesday as well.
