
The Raceland, Ky., Police Department received an anonymous tip about a man making meth in his truck in Flatwoods, according to a news release.
Flatwoods Police, Raceland Police and the FIVCO Area Drug Enforcement Task Force (FADE) responded to the scene on Wednesday. Police said they smelled a strong odor coming from a truck parked at an apartment complex on E Street in Flatwoods.
Officers arrested William McCallister, 55, on charges of having meth making materials in his truck, according to the news release.
McCallister was staying with people in the apartment complex, police said. They will not be charged in the incident.
