A Lucasville, Ohio, man was arrested July 31 on charges of having sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl.
Nathan Walck, 20, was charged with two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, which is a fourth-degree felony, according to a news release from the Scioto County Sheriff's Office.
A report was filed with the Sheriff's Office led investigators to the victim, who was being treated at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, according to the news release. Detectives started an investigation, which included talking to the victim, children's services and the suspect.
He is scheduled to appear in Portsmouth Municipal Court Aug. 2, the news release states. Walck is being held on a $10,000 bond.
