No one should be upset because no one picked the correct numbers to win the large Powerball jackpot last night. It didn't stop people from walking up to the lottery outlets to buy a chance at a multi-million
Huntington police arrested a man who they said rammed police with a pickup truck, then fled, and crashed into another truck.
Chief Skip Holbrook said an officer tried to stop a truck that was driving suspiciously around 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday. The truck reversed quickly and rammed into the police cruiser. The pickup truck then sped through an alley near 8th Avenue and 8th Street when it crashed into another truck.
The man in the truck then fled on foot, where he was quickly caught by police. Police said the truck that the man was driving was stolen. He was taken to the hospital for his injuries.
A woman was injured in the other truck involved in the accident and was taken to the hospital.
Police are now investigating if the man was under the influence of drug or alcohol.
