The northbound lane of I-77 near the Mahan area of Fayette County is shut down due to a tractor trailer accident. The accident is within a couple miles of the Kanawha County line.

A wreck hampered the morning commute just off Interstate 64
near St. Albans this morning.
The wreck happened on state Route 817, according to a report
from the scene. Traffic was stopped in both directions for a while.
Traffic was moving again by about 8 a.m.
There was no word about what caused the wreck or any injuries
