As the West Virginia Public Service Commission considers
Century Aluminum's plan to re-open its plant in Ravenswood, we would strongly
and emphatically urge them to reject any deal that would tax other AEP
customers to subsidize their operating costs.

electric bills. We urge everyone involved, including Governor Tomblin, to
reject this boondoggle of a deal.
