According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

UPDATE:

A Kanawha County grand jury has indicted Samuel Burkhamer on charges of first degree sexual abuse, sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian, and person in position of trust, soliciting a minor via computer, possession of materials depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, and possession of child erotica.

He is scheduled to appear before Judge Paul Zakaib, Jr. on Dec. 14.

A Kanawha County Schools bus driver has been arrested after police said he admitted to 'sexting' a young girl.

Samuel Burkhamer, 37, has been charged with soliciting a minor, according to police.

Police say he sent the 12-year-old girl sexually explicit messages between April and June 2012. They say Burkhamer also admitted to looking at child pornography.

He's in the South Central Regional Jail with bail set at $10,000.
