No one should be upset because no one picked the correct numbers to win the large Powerball jackpot last night. It didn't stop people from walking up to the lottery outlets to buy a chance at a multi-million
UPDATE
All lanes of Interstate 77 at the 107 mile marker in Kanawha County have reopened, according to emergency dispatchers.
The south and north lanes are open for traffic after a three-vehicle crash earlier in the evening near the Sissonville exit.
ORIGINAL STORY
Emergency crews are on the scene of an accident on Interstate 77 in Kanawha County.
It happened in the north lanes of I-77 near Sissonville at the 107 mile marker. Both south lanes of the interstate are shut down.
The call came in to the 911 center just before 8 p.m., according to dispatchers.
They said that three vehicles were involved and there was heavy damage. The West Virginia State Police is investigating. A trooper at the scene said that a car and truck collided in the north lanes. The truck stayed in the north lane, but the car went across the median and ended up in the south lanes. A semi-truck hit the car. A person in that car was taken to the hospital.
The extent of the injuries to people in the semi-truck and the passenger truck were not life threatening according to officials at the scene.
