    Nine Martinsburg, West Virginia, residents and another from Keyser were sentenced to federal prison for breaking the law while they were on supervised release or probation.

A Lucasville man has been arrested and charged with multiple felony accounts involving stolen property, according to a news release from Scioto County Sheriff Marty Donini.

Jason Hatfield, 34 of Lucasville, was arrested Thursday.

Investigators said they found a stolen four-by-four tractor, rotary cutter and stolen jeep at the his grandmother's property in McDermott, the news release states.

Hatfield is being held in the Scioto County Jail without bond.
