A Cabell County man faces multiple drug charges.

Willis Ray Porter, 32, of Culloden is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and operating a clandestine drug lab, according to a criminal complaint from the Cabell County Magistrate Court.

Cabell County sheriff's deputies say Porter was arrested on Charley's Creek Road in Culloden.

They say Porter had been at his residence on Charley's Creek Road, which was condemned for operating a clandestine drug lab.

They say Porter came out of the residence with a backpack containing jars used for "cutting" meth.

Deputies also say finished meth was in the backpack as well.

Deputies found other materials used to make meth inside the residence.

Porter also had four individual packages that he said were meth, according to deputies.

They said the type of packaging used was consistent with that for selling meth.
