Carol Fouty resigns as Kanawha County magistrate

Carol Fouty has resigned from her position as Kanawha County magistrate.

Fouty is facing allegations that she showed favoritism in several of her court cases.

"I've been on that bench for 26 years, it will be sad to see it go," Fouty told WOWK-TV.
