One lane of Interstate 77 South was closed near Cabin Creek early this morning because of a tractor-trailer wreck.

The right lane was closed, but the left lane is open, according to the West Virginia Department of Transportation.

The wreck happened just before 7:30 a.m., according to emergency dispatchers.
