A group called Helping Hands delivered shoes to children in need on Monday. Volunteers also brought some school supplies to kids in St. Albans.
With help from First Presbyterian Church, Daymark volunteers and some interns from WOWK 13News, the items found their way to the children at Miracle Farms.
The shoes were purchased by members of First Presbyterian Church in Charleston, who took names and shoe sizes from the children in April.
Organizers said this annual tradition is all about getting kids what they need for school.
