Larry Dangerfield is set to go to trial on Sept. 24, 2012. Police said Dangerfield hit Patrolman Steve Smith when a tow truck tried to tow his pickup truck.
Dangerfield is facing a long list of charges including malicious wounding, obstructing, and disorderly conduct.
