A Gallia county, Ohio, couple is pressing on despite a terrible tractor accident that took a lady's lower leg, foot and left her other leg badly damaged.
Donna Heck was run over by a tractor driven by her husband last fall. Donna was riding on the back of the tractor , sitting in the tool box when she hopped off and was caught under the tires.
The couple was on the way to fix fence on their 100-acre farm. The injury not only took her foot and lower leg but it also left her other leg so badly damaged it need skin grafts from the upper thigh to her toes.
The skin grafts are healing. Donna is starting to use her artificial leg and her husband Philip reports instead of hurting their relationship it has actually brought them closer together.
