A Kanawha County man has been sentenced to home confinement in a child pornography case.
Robert Lutsy entered a Kennedy plea. Under this plea, Lutsy does not admit guilt, but agrees that a jury would have enough to convict him if the case went to trial.
Lutsy was arrested after investigators found hundreds of child pornography pictures on his computer.
He will serve eight years worth of home confinement, followed by 20 years of supervised released.
