No one should be upset because no one picked the correct numbers to win the large Powerball jackpot last night. It didn't stop people from walking up to the lottery outlets to buy a chance at a multi-million
The Governor's Highway Safety Program will be conducting classes for local law enforcement, emergency services, and other organizations on child car seat installation.
The 32-hour course is at St. Mary's Medical Center's Education Center. It will teach the attendees how to properly install the seats and how to share the techniques to parents.
On Friday, the course will conclude with a free child safety seat fitting clinic at Wal-Mart, east of Huntington, from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. Parents are asked to bring the vehicle's instruction manual and the car seat.
