1 Charleston robbery suspect arrested; 3 more still at large

Charleston police have arrested one of four suspects in an armed robbery.

Bryan April Pugh, 25, was arrested Tuesday evening, according to a news release from the Charleston Police Department. Police arrested her at about 6:45 p.m. in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Police still are looking for Edward Tinsley, 39, in connection to the case, the news release states.

Police said they believe the pair attacked a man on the 400 block of Elm Street. This morning, investigators named two more suspects in the robbery. They are looking for Angela Dawn Young, 27, and Terrance Lowell Ramsey, 26, the news release states.

Police have obtained first-degree robbery warrants for Tinsley, Young and Ramsey.
