Five Putnam County teens are facing drug charges.
Police arrested Carlton Harrington, Dillion Dunlap and Michael White, all of Scott Depot, Katlin Casto, of Frazier's Bottom, and Kenneth Short, of Winfield, according to the criminal complaint.
The teens were charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy.
Troopers saw Harrington carry a backpack inside a Hurricane apartment, the complaint states. When he came back out a few minutes later, troopers searched the backpack and found, scales, cash and two large bags of marijuana.
Investigators believe all five suspects all conspired to use and distribute marijuana, according to the criminal complaint.
A juvenile was also charged in connection with the incident.
