Three escape massive fire in a home on Walnut Street in Kanawha County
Just after 1 a.m. Saturday, Kentucky State Police were called to a single vehicle accident on state Route 1247 in Menifee County.
Cody Willoughby, 22, was traveling west when he left the roadway and struck a tree, police said.
Willoughby was transported to St. Claire Medical Center in Morehead with non life-threatening injuries, according to police.
Kentucky State Police in Morehead are investigating.
