According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, a man is in the hospital after crashing his motorcycle on Old Route 52 in Chesapeake.
It happened just before 5 p.m. Saturday in front of Chesapeake High School.
Police said Paul Watters, 56, of South Point, was riding Westbound, when he swerved to avoid stopped traffic, lost control and drove off the road where he was ejected.
He was taken to Cabell Huntington Hospital, where he remains in intensive care. The crash remains under investigation.
