The fourth suspect in an armed robbery last month in Charleston has been arrested.
Ronald Edward Tinsley was arrested on a KRT bus in Charleston, according to police.
Police arrested Angela Young, Terrance Ramsey and Bryan April Pugh earlier in the connection with the robbery.
The four attacked a man in the 400 block of Elm Street on July 25, according to police.
