Program allows 2012 high school graduates to attend college tuition-free for a year

Cabell County High school graduates of 2012, who haven't chosen a college to attend yet, are eligible for the 13th Year Program at the Cabell County Career Technology Center, according to a press release.

It's the Center's version of the "Promise Scholarship". The student can attend the center tuition-free for a year, as long as they are approved. It allows students who are unsure of what college or career field they wish to go into, and try out the Cabell County Career Technology Center.

Students must have good attendance and academic standing to maintain the assistance.
