A 7-year-old boy is in the intensive care unit after he was shot with a high-powered pellet rifle.
Boone County Sheriff's Department deputies said it believes the boy was accidentally shot by one of his siblings at their house in Seth late Tuesday night.
The boy was taken to Charleston Area Medical Center. He underwent surgery early Wednesday morning, according to deputies.
