The former Boston College safeties Domenick LeGrande and Okechukwu Okoroha are happy to be at Marshall.
Both guys are close friends and so far they've bought into Marshall's defensive schemes.
In August of 2011, Okoroha was dismissed by Boston College Head Coach Frank Spaziani, and LeGrande left soon after on his own.

"Just talking to coach Doc Holliday, I really liked him," LeGrande said. "He reminded me a lot of my high school coach. And then he wanted to keep us [Okechukwu Okoroha] together. I've been playing with him since my freshman year at Boston College, so he wanted to keep us together so that was a plus for us,so we wanted to stay here. So, this was a good fit for us."
