U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan and other senior department members are scheduled to be in West Virginia in September.
It's part of the department's annual back-to-school bus tour with the message "Education Drives America.
Secretary Duncan said the bus tour is an opportunity to highlight what's working in education and create momentum for education reforms.
The tour begins Sept. 12 in California and includes stops in Charleston and McDowell County.
