AmeriCorps Vista is looking for five members to help prevent drop-outs in schools in Cabell County.
The new members will work with the community coalition, Education Matters, according to a press release from United Way of the River Cities. Those interested will be required to make a 10 month or 40 week commitment to the program. Some of the time will be spent training or doing service projects. There will be personal and professional development training throughout this time.
