According to Lawrence County State Patrol, one person was flown to an area hospital and another was transported by ambulance following an accident.
The accident occurred at the intersection of State Route 93 and State Route 373 in Lawrence County, Ohio.
State Patrol tells 13NEWS the driver hit and "rode the guardrail" for a period of time before hitting an embankment around 5:30 p.m. Saturday.
