Michael and Amanda York, both charged with the murder of three people who allegedly broke into their home earlier this year, will be in court next month.
Webster County Magistrate Judge found probable cause Monday morning. The case will move forward to the Grand Jury.
Police say it started with an argument days earlier. When three people showed up at the York home. Michael York initially called 911 and said that his wife Amanda had shot them when they broke into the house.
Later, police say Michael York admitted to shooting them.
