A woman is charged with stealing money from an 82-year-old man she was supposed to be caring for.
Amber Nicole Cremeans was arraigned in Cabell County Court Monday and charged with fraudulent use of an access device.
A criminal complaint says Cremeans was an in-home aid for the Cabell County Community Services Organization in July when the crime allegedly happened.
Records say the man asked her to withdraw $200 from an ATM because he was is not able to run errands.
Court documents say surveillance video from Speedway on Third Avenue show Cremeans first withdrawing $200, then making another $100 transaction which the man says he was never told about.
