The three workers injured in Friday's natural gas well explosion in Harrison County have been released from the hospital, officials said.

The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection has not released the names of the workers and has not issued citations in the case, according to our sister station, WBOY-TV in Clarksburg.

Hall Drilling was working at the site, which is owned by Antero Resources, officials said. Officials did not rule out citations being issued at some point.

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has six months to investigate the incident, officials said.
