A Kanawha County grand jury has indicted Charles Hogan on charges of first degree sexual assault, sexual abuse by parent, guardian, custodian, and person in position of trust, incest, first degree sexual abuse and distribution and display to minor of obscene matter.
Hogan is scheduled to appear in front of Judge Paul Zukaib, Jr. on December 14.

A Cross Lanes man was charged Wednesday with four counts of first-degree sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian.
Charles Hogan was charged in Kanawha County Magistrate Court Wednesday afternoon.
He is accused of sexually abusing the girl while babysitting her, according to the criminal complaint.
Police started investigating the case when the girl told her mother about the abuse, the criminal complaint states. The girl's mother took her to Charleston Area Medical Center after finding out about the abuse.
