An instructor at Marshall University is scheduled to be arraigned on rape charges Friday morning.
William Morrison is accused of rape at a South Point, Ohio residence. Morrison later turned himself in to the Lawrence County Sheriff's Department.
A spokesman for Marshall University says Morrison has been put on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation. Morrison is an instructor in the math department. He's been teaching at Marshall for four years.
