Three escape massive fire in a home on Walnut Street in Kanawha County
A man who admitted to terrorizing and breaking into homes in his own neighborhood avoided jail time.
Ryan Fondrliak was arrested in connection with a string of burglaries on Bryant Road, Hughes Creek and Greendale Drive earlier this year.
Judge Tod Kaufman sentenced Fondrliak to one year of home confinement and one year of probation.
He has also been ordered to write letters of apologies to his victims and to pay restitution.
