Four volunteer fire departments fought a house fire in Greenup County, Ky., Wednesday night.
Fire officials said they were unsure if anybody was home at the time of the fire. No injuries were reported.
The fire started at about 9:30 p.m. on Smith Branch Road, officials said. Flames were visible when fire crews arrived.
The Kentucky Fire Marshal's Office called to the scene, according to a firefighter.
A neighbor said someone did live at the house.
Smith Branch Road had to be closed for more than two hours.
