The re-trial of a woman accused of shooting and killing her husband in cold blood is still months away.
Rhonda Stewart was supposed to go to trial in October. Now, she will go to trial in March.
Prosecutors said Stewart shot and killed her husband while he was a patient in the intensive care unit at a Charleston hospital in 2009.
Stewart was originally convicted of first degree murder with mercy. The state Supreme Court later overturned that conviction and granted her a new trial.
