No one should be upset because no one picked the correct numbers to win the large Powerball jackpot last night. It didn't stop people from walking up to the lottery outlets to buy a chance at a multi-million

CHARLESTON, WV (AP) -
Steve Patrick sees it all the time: the looks of concerned parents suspecting or struggling with their children's drug use.
As the owner of a drug testing business in Hurricane with companies and universities as his primary clients, Patrick says it breaks his heart whenever he has to charge $50 when parents show up seeking answers for their kids' behavior. So he's offering them free tests on Saturday.
Patrick says it's the first time he's offered such an event, and he's not sure how busy he'll be.
According to the federal government, West Virginia has the nation's highest drug overdose death rate, with most of those cases involving prescription drugs. And health officials say substance abuse plays a role in one-fifth of state births.
