The Kanawha County Spay and Neuter Task Force is hosting a fundraiser on Saturday, Sept. 15.

Dog-a-palooza will take over St. Ablans City Park from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the dog park. The money raised will go to the task force spay and neuter programs.

Organizers have planned a variety of events including a dog costume contest and a talent contest.

Refreshments will be available and admission is a donation to the Spay and Neuter Task Force.

WOWK-TV, 13News anchors April Kaull and Jack Kane will be serving as celebrity judges for the costume and talent competitions. They'll be joined by their own pets, Haley and Toby.

13News reporter Nicky Walters is also taking part in the event as one of the organizers.
