Three escape massive fire in a home on Walnut Street in Kanawha County
One person is dead and another is behind bars after a shooting at a Raleigh County bar on Sunday.
It happened at the Hillbilly Tavern on Coal River Road in Rock Creek at 2:00 a.m., according to detectives with the Raleigh County Sheriff's Department.
Donald Moore of Naoma was taken into custody without incident and charged with murder after turning himself into deputies, according to Lt. Larry Lilly.
Presently, Moore is being processed and will then be transported to Southern Regional Jail.
The name of the victim is being withheld at this time until family members are notified.
Presently, the Raleigh County Sheriff's Department is investigating.
