A local school celebrates the signing of the Constitution.
Students from Cannonsburg Elementary participated in a program in honor of Constitution Day for students and staff at Boyd County High School.
This is the ninth year the school has done this.
The performance included singing, dancing and the kids acting out the signing of the Constitution.
Organizers say it is important for students to know about the history of this country.
"It is very important that kids know the Constitution and the three branches of the government," said Teresa Cassity, director.
