Three escape massive fire in a home on Walnut Street in Kanawha County
The 4300-block of Winchester Avenue on U.S. Route 23 in Ashland, Ky., was reduced to one lane in this morning because of a water main problem, officials said.
The closure is in both the north and southbound lanes, officials said.
Ashland officials said the area is now a highway work zone and that the speed limit has been reduced to 25 mph. Drivers are being reminded that fines are doubled in a highway work zone.
Crews anticipate the repair to take two to three days, officials said.
