No one should be upset because no one picked the correct numbers to win the large Powerball jackpot last night. It didn't stop people from walking up to the lottery outlets to buy a chance at a multi-million
Huntington firefighters called to the scene of a duplex fire between Eighth and Ninth avenues and Ninth Street.
Witnesses say they saw smoke coming from the back porch around 3 p.m. and called 911.
They say several men were seen loitering around the house when the fire started.
Flames quickly engulfed the abandoned house and firefighters had to cut holes in the boarded up doors and windows to help contain the blaze.
No word on how the fire started.
No one was injured and the fire is under investigation.
