Concord battles back in the 2nd half and defeats West Virginia State, 23-16 on Saturday.
State took a two-point lead in the 3rd quarter on a Ricky Phillips two-yard touchdown run to put the Yellow Jackets up 16-14.
But the Mountain Lions blocked the extra point and ran in back for a two-point conversion tying the game at 16.
Concord added another touchdown later in the quarter to put the Mountain Lions up 23-16.
State falls to 1-4 and 0-1 in WVIAC play.
The Yellow Jackets hit the road to play at Seton Hill for a noon kickoff.
