The northbound lane of I-77 near the Mahan area of Fayette County is shut down due to a tractor trailer accident. The accident is within a couple miles of the Kanawha County line.

Disaster survivors can get help with disaster assistance at four Disaster Recovery Centers that the Federal Emergency Management Agency is opening in West Virginia.
They're located in Fayette, Kanawha, Nicholas and Raleigh counties. The centers will open on Tuesday, Sept. 25 at the following locations:

The centers will be open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., on Sundays.
Specialists from the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the U.S. Small Business Administration will be there to answer questions and provide recovery information.
You must register with FEMA before going to a disaster recovery center. Registration is available online at www.DisasterAssistance.gov or by phone at 800-621-FEMA (3362).
