Kids at one Kanawha County school learned about the human body today, thanks to some visitors from Ohio.

Teachers from COSI -- a learning center in Columbus, brought new life to learning for kids at Pinch Elementary.

Students were taught about the different systems in the body and how to stay healthy.

COSI's hands-on approach to learning really holds the kids' attention.

"We try to cover a broad variety of stuff, so that any age group can learn anything," said Chris Huismann, COSI outreach educator. "We get parents and stuff that say I didn't know that, I didn't know that about the nutrients found in x,y, and z that we eat everyday, and stuff like that. So everybody gets stuff out of these programs."

The learning workshops are planned to continue all day today.
