An event to teach expectant moms about parenting will take place soon; new moms are invited to attend as well.
The event is called "Healthy Mom Health Baby Shower." It will take place Friday, Oct. 5 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. It will be held at the Trinity United Methodist Church on Viand Street in Point Pleasant, according to a press release sent to 13 News.
Expectant moms will get information about parenting; they also are able to win door prizes, such as car seats and baby monitors.
